Back to Product Endorsements

After your initial enquiry, our Endorsements team will be in touch to help identify which product award is best for your product. From this point on, a dedicated account manager will be on hand to support you through the process from beginning to end.

Overview of the process:

  1. Enquire: Complete our enquiry form to find out if your product is eligible for one of our endorsement awards.
  2. Apply: If you meet the criteria, you will be emailed an application form to complete and submit.
  3. Testing/Assessment: If testing/assessment is required, this can take up to 16 weeks.
  4. Result: Once testing is complete or your independent testing is reviewed, you will receive your result and, if successful, your licence agreement.
  5. Approval: Once your signed licence agreement is received by the Endorsements team, you will be sent a Seal of Approvalâ„¢ certificate, along with our Seal of Approvalâ„¢ logo and brand guidelines.

Renewals

Your licence agreement is for one year and can be renewed. You will receive a renewal reminder two months before your current licence agreement comes to an end. If you choose not to renew, our Endorsements team will guide you through the process of cancelling the license.
